Due to the sanitary, health concerns, and Fedral Laws all panties, thongs, chain mails, teddy, hosiery are not returnable. All custumes can Only be changed if the size is not fitted. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have tags attached. If not, the items will be shipped back to you and a shipping fee will be charged.

We will credit back the refund to your credite card or offer store credit within 7 to 14 business days since when the returned iteams is received. Please email us at support@lingerie21.com if you have any questions with getting your refund.

Shipping charge are non-refundable, if your order gets returned to us for any personal reasons. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged.
